He has rhuematoid arthritis,just recently out of the hospital with pnuemonitis.

Anyone can be a caregiver. If you would like extra training you may want to take a few courses at your local community college.
For now, there is not much in the way of government funding for family caregivers. The veteran's administration does have some funds if he qualifies.

I have really bad COPD,,My husband has to see to everything almost,,,,I walk some in home and can be on pc and make our appointments,,,but cleaning and cooking, driving see to the oxygen,,,we do,,do some shopping together I use a wheel chair or power chair from the store with a basket,,,would he qualify as my care giver and be able to claim money for it ????
