My fathers health is declining from Parkinson's disease and I was wondering if there was some way I could apply to be his caregiver and get paid. I am in Massachusetts.

Unless the info in your profile is a typo..your dad at 37 is very young...how old are you? He can pay you from his assets. Keep documentation and have a contract drawn up so that there will be proof that you are a paid caregiver. This might help later on if he has to apply for Medicaid. If your dad is a Veteran, if the Parkinson's can be traced as a "service connected disability" the VA has programs that might help.
