I've had to quit my job 3 years ago. I am their only living relative capable of taking care of them.

The vast majority of people caring for their elderly parent(s) are doing so without pay, unless the parent can afford to pay their grown child.

Check with your local Council on Aging to see what can be offered in the way of help to you, so that you can get at least a couple of hours to do things for yourself.

Also, go to the blue bar at the top of this page and click on "Money & Legal", then click on "Paying for Care" to get some suggestions.
