If the son keeps getting someone to rewrite POA in pa and revoking me without being told can it be reinstated without going to court ? Btw he has dimentia each time it was rewritten. The original one he was sound mind. Ty

Who gave you the DPOA? And this person's son keeps attempting to get his mother/father to alter the DPAO to appoint the son instead?

Where is the person living?

Your original DPOA stands, because once the principal has lost mental capacity s/he cannot revoke it or create a new one. But are you able to establish that the person you are acting for had in fact lost capacity before the tinkering began?
