Can anyone recommend an AFH in the Dallas Fort Worth area of Texas that accepts and helps care for a small dog?

My wife has Alzheimer's and while it's not terrible I do need to have a plan for her care and would prefer an Adult Foster Care home rather than a large apartment style memory care facility.

Call your Area Agency on Aging. My mom's hospice gave us a recommendation, that worked out very well. Maybe ask there as well.
