Urine isn't the problem, it's #2. I believe hospice will only cover the diapers with tabs. I tried one brand and they seem huge around the waist and don't have much padding in the rear.
Any tricks to putting them on while the person is standing?
Everybody has their favourites and a lot of that depends on price and availability. I never did find any that worked particularly well for loose bowel movements, they all had a tendency to overflow rather than absorb... a good, snug fit around the legs is important.
