I can't get mom to sign for a power of attorney. My thief brother took her from the therapy center without any one knowledge. He took mom out of her home (sold it, so sad). My brother put her bed in his living room and has kept her friends and me (oldest daughter) away from her. My brother stole my mom's debit card and is taking $200.00 every two to three, sometime seven, etc. I can't get to her but the bank said that I need to get "power of attorney", I can't because my brother won't let me see her. I miss her so much. My mother and I talk everyday for many years.

Also call Adult Protective Services. Your brother snatched your mom away from her therapy center and is using her money while she lays on a bed in his home.

Call the cops. You see a crime, you fill out a police report. If you don't want to talk to the authorities, you have problems you need to solve.
