My brother-in-law is unable to care for himself someone please help me out. Any advice?

Hi. I don't understand where he is. Mississippi? If so, I googled Mississippi Department of Aging and several sites came up.

Is it bad enough that you need to call an ambulance? If so, and he doesn't have other relatives, the hospital could help by placing him in a nursing home.

Please tell us more. There are lots of people here with lots of experience, in different states.
