I have DPOA for my Mother and her disabled Son. My brother is trying to get Mom who is diagnosed with dementia and early onset Alzh and currently in a long term care hospital to sign a Deed for him to get her house and property. Can he do that since I have the DPOA? Mom can make a decision but won't remember it the next day as an example. Help please!

You need to talk to your moms lawyer. If you have power of attorney you MUST have your mom deemed incompetent by 2 of her physicians ....then and only then she will not be able to sign over the house . Right now your bother can have your mom sign anything. If mom cant remember she made an important decision she shouldn't be signing anything
