There are many books, but I think you need to figure out what is the core issue that is at the root of your distress. Have you considered finding a counselor or having a one to one with someone who runs a support group for caregivers. You need to talk to someone face to face, who can guide you to the right resources and books.

Thank you ... I believe the root is that I have lived with her my entire life and in reality she has been my life and what will I be or do without her. I am in counseling at this time and hopefully it will help me. I do have family and many friends who I know I can depend upon but only one Mom and it is very hard to think about losing her.
