Bleeding 5 years after complete hysterectomy?

I am 33 years old I had a complete hysterectomy. And all day today I have been experiencing blood when wiping and on my underwear. Any idea anyone?

Could be a vaginal cyst, simple to deal with--but you never want to see blood where there should be none.
