Find Care & Housing
If you use baby wipes, I highly recommend Costcos Kirkland brand. You get nine packages of 100 to a case - for around $20. Beyond that being a pretty good price, I have found them to be a bit larger and a bit stronger than the typical baby wipe.

I also recommend the medical type gloves that Costco sells. Two boxes of 200 for around $20. They are made of Nitrile not latex but preform like a latex glove. They also come in different sizes.

The wipes go on sale pretty frequently but I've never seen the gloves on sale.

My disabled son has been in protective underwear ever since graduating from baby diapers - he's 24. Needless to say - I've changed and cleaned a lot of messy bottoms. For me - having the right tools for the job is essential. Good wipes and good gloves.

We bought the pull up style at Costco. When we went to the Velcro sides, I purchased on Amazon.
