I am a private licensed caregiver for a 84 year old acquaintance with dementia. I have worked for her 2 1/2 years now. She is financially comfortable but tight with her money. She lives in a very nice facility called assisted living. I have received one raise and I had to almost demand that. I would appreciate any feed back on this questions.
