As above check for an infection, but i would also be checking for pain. Screaming out for her Mother (wanting to be comforted, from the pain) and not eating could be a sign she is having pain. She may not be able to verbally tell you or point it out to you though, so you do need to do a bit of detective work and trial and error with a doctor to see if things improve with treatment (maybe a mild painkiller to assess the effectiveness and impact on her behaviors etc).
Have a chat to your doctor.
All the best.

How long has it been since she's seen a dentist? Or she could have swallowing problems.

Dear Jaleno,

I'm very sorry to hear about your aunt's condition. I would take her to nurse or doctor to be evaluated mentally and physically. I wonder if she is suffering from dementia and this is affecting her behaviour.

I must share with you. When my mother stopped eating and was only drinking ensure her time was near. She cried all the time everyday as though she were in pain. She continued to say she didn't know what was wrong with her, it was her body shutting down. This past Dec 2016. Prayers for your family that she gets better.
