Aunt has Alzheimer’s and stayed up for 4 days at a time before Thanksgiving. What to do?

More information would be very helpful:
- is anyone your Aunt's durable Power of Attorney? This is the person who can legally make decisions in her best interest.
- does your cousin live with her, or does she live with your cousin?
- when you say "they have used every medication..." who is "they"?
- what is your Auntie's financial situation? This is important to know because it directs the options available to her.
