The principal, who is my registered partner gave me POA wants to sell her stocks but the attorney instructed the financial advisers to hold. Please let me know why.
I am thinking to terminate the attorney.

Did you ask the attorney why he/she is advising the financial people not to sell the stocks?

Who's attorney is it? Why is the attorney even involved? I don't understand the situation. Is your partner's family unhappy with you having the POA? Are they involved at all? Please tell us more about the situation.
