Where can I find Assisted Living for low income seniors near Los Angeles, CA?

If your Mom also needs assistance with some of the activities of daily living, make sure you include that information. She may qualify for Medicaid or a senior housing situation that has additional services. Many assisted living facilities near me (east coast) are private pay only. Only one that I found would take medicaid -- after two years of private pay.

Your best bet is to contact your County agency on aging to see if they have a list of apartments for low income seniors.
