Find Care & Housing
Each dialysis center has a social worker. Ask to speak to them and they can assist in getting him transportation. Or call your department of aging - they usually have county bus service that the person can apply for and the patient pays a nominal fee according to his income - maybe $2 or so.

Your best bet is to call your local Agency on Aging to see what is available. Or call the dialysis center and see if they have a list of transport cabs.

Sorry I can't give you more information as this website is worldwide, you would need to wait for a caregiver who lives in your area and has said information.

[I will notify the website Admin to remove the address of the person you are helping, as these questions do go out onto the Internet, and no one should know that someone is living alone]
