As durable power of attorney for an 80-year-old, do I need to have access to the house if I feel the person might have another medical emergency?

Why can't you get a set of keys to the existing locks?

A durable POA is related to managing finances, so why would you need access to the house?

To Windyridge- she won't give me any. She appointed me durable full POA because there is no one else and I'm her friend. She also has some medical issues that i'm worried about.
To cwillie same answer as above. Is full POA the same as duable POA. Mine states that
it is a General Durable POA. It would help if someone explains to me the difference
between the titles- thanks
