My husband has dementia and only has inconvenience at night. Sometimes 4 times a night. I have bed pads that are very helpful but the pull-ups are very little help. I have tried 4 different brands, all with the same results. Is there any help for this?I plan to take him in to have a UTI done as a precaution. Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.

There is no such thing as a disposable brief that will hold 4x urine output! You have to change your husband once during the night, and use an insert in his brief to absorb more urine.

Good luck.

Incontinence and dementia often if not always go hand in hand, so not sure I would worry about a UTI, but would ask your husbands urologist about perhaps some bladder spasm medication to help him.
You can also add an extra pad or guard to his Depends to help absorb more of his pee. Walmart, Amazon, or any of your pharmacies sell them, and they work pretty good.
Sadly his incontinence will only get worse, so make sure that you have a waterproof mattress pad on the bed he sleeps in, along with waterproof pads under him.
I wish you well as you continue on this very difficult journey with your husband.

Mazy,
Welcome. If you go to the top timeline, search bar, and type in "nighttime incontinent wear" I think that you will see a whole lot of answers there. This is a question often asked here.
I hope you can find answers, or others can remember them; I don't.
This is a common problem here.
I wish you good luck in finding the best items; the trial and error is so expensive!
