A couple of places to start would be 1) the Eldercare Locator, at www.eldercare.gov and also 2) your local area Agency on Aging. Find their contact information in your phone book.

Here at AgingCare, you can find local elder care resources at https://www.agingcare.com/Find-Senior-Care

Here's a link to an article that might help on being your own care manager: https://www.agingcare.com/Featured-Stories/95064/Tips-on-Being-Your-Own-Care-Manager.htm
