Hi - I have an adult son with severe autism living at home. I might be able to help with your question- but I'm not really sure exactly what you're asking. Can you provide a little more detail?

Mirna, I don't quite understand your question.   I assume you were your son's caregiver since he was a baby, correct?

Or are you asking about being paid to be your son's caregiver?   Even if you sign up with a caregiving Agency where you get paid, you would need to pay the Agency as a client which would be more than what you would be paid.   But you would get social security and Medicare credits.

You can also check with the National Autistic Society and with the American Autistic Association to see what programs are available.
