Although I don't have certification. I do this full time for her anyway. I reside in the residence with my mother and she depends on me for meals housekeeping etc.

Good luck with that. Go up to the Search Site box and enter "getting paid" or go to Money and Legal and click on "paying for care". Medicare does not cover the care. Medicaid provides caregivers, but unless the agency decides to hire you as a caregiver and train/certify you, they send a certified HHA or PCA.
