Find Care & Housing
I used this with my husband for months. It did not seem to help him at all. To us, it was a waste of money. I've also tried several other things that have been sent to me by well meaning friends and NOTHING has changed. The Exelon Patch has, so far, been the best for him. I can really tell when he has not used it. Though I try keeping up with his medications, sometimes I forget. I am VERY interested in the Alzheimer's dogs. I have NO plans on putting him in a home unless he becomes violent. With this dog, hopefully that will not happen. My daughter's little dog was with us about 15 days and she helped him a lot. I am of the opinion a dog might be his best bet right now. And it won't hurt my feelings one bit since I've loved and owned them all my life. Thanks. Blessings to you all.

The one oil i know that can help will all sorts of psychological problems is fatty fish oil; the best sources being salmon and some other fish Bipolar disease, for example, can definitely be alleviated by this.
You might as well try Coconut Oil -- It might give some short -term relief. It is not a cure, and will not arrest the onset of it over time. Here is one good article on this. alzheimers/2013-05-29/coconut-oil-for-alzheimers/
