Any medication dispenser recommendations?

Hello, my grandma takes meds 2x/day and often forgets in the evening. I need something simple with an alarm. I am wondering if anyone has a favorite or otherwise. Currently we use a simple box with the days of the week, but that still requires me to double check. I think an alarm would help us both!
