First thing to do is call your County Agency on Aging. They should have a list of there are any caregiver support groups.
Usually such groups are hard to form, as it is very difficult for a Caregiver to slip away for any amount of time :(
In the mean time, we here are a very large caregiver support group from all around the World. Ask us any questions. We are listening.
