Any advice on dealing with super pushy case managers and discharge planners? Lies and medical ethics violations occur at mother's hospital.

These are not the kind nurses and social workers I have worked with years ago. I have been told the insurance company is putting undue pressure on them causing to make unnecessary demands on the proxy. They demand family meetings within less than 24 hrs. If I refuse the family meeting will the insurance discharge my mother from her current short-term rehabilitation unit or could I call the insurance company directly to report violations and get my mother out of there.
