Your Aunt can pay room and board to you from her income. You will want to have a contract in place incase she may need Medicaid in the future if you are in the US.
Additionally she can pay you for providing care, rides to appointments etc out of her funds. You will want a care giver contract in place.
If she is competent, you should make sure all her paperwork is up to date, POA (Fiscal and health, Will etc.) If you are the one providing care, then you should be assigned the POA.
