Brands vary considerably in style; unfortunately packing is often three to a package, and you cannot open them. I think I would consider buying from Amazon as things can be returned for almost any issue.
They make some great lightly "stretchy " items out there now, as well, almost all the brands--Hanes, Jockeys, etc.
If this is a new issue, and I would imagine it must be given your writing to us, I would consider if there might be some hernia problem occurring. Worth checking on.
Good luck.

I believe that you can get briefs that are longer in the leg and that may buy you some space. They seem to be quite snug and look much more comfortable than 'tighty whities'. My grandsons wear these--they're just called 'boy cut'. I think.

As we age, the connective tissue gets weaker and stuff just hangs down farther. My boobs are no where near where they used to be.
