My father in law appointed his three sons now he revoked it to appt his new wife hes known for three months. He has alzheimers. What can we do? He met her two months after his wife died and has turned everything over to her including his deceased wifes personal belongings this new wife went to his neurologist office to see how far advanced his disease was before marrying him a week later not telling any family of this til after the fact and then getting mad because we were upset what can we do now he is accusing us of all kinds of things we are hurt and confused and just want to help.

Contact legal advice immediately. And especially contact the attorney that handled the appointment of the sons originally. Hers may be invalid since he has Dementia, but legal counsel will have to be involved.

Yes, you'll have to get legal counsel. Some people are what you call "con artists" who prey on the elderly, they're very savvy. My lawyer said it can be difficult to prove some of these cases but your fil has Alz so that will play a big part in it. Good luck. What a sad story.

Are you able to do a background check on her? Maybe not, if you don't know much about her. What a deal!

Yes, definitely get legal counsel - if you can prove he had a diagnosis of alzheimers before he signed everything over to new wife; it should mean that any new legal documents are null and void as he was mentally incapacitated at the time to change them. His physician should be able to help with this.
