I need advice from those familiar with bedsores.

My mom has an area about the size of a dime at the top of the cleft of her buttocks that looks like small blisters. The hospice nurse said it might be the beginning stage of a bedsore. Does that sound like the experience of anyone else familiar with bedsores?

my mom was brought in middle of night to a medicaid only n/h. with 5 fist sized septic bedsores and broken ribs. she was about 12 hours from death. nursing home says no police or doctor was called because lots of people come to n/h with bedsores. the sores can kill you if not taken care of. to keep from getting i know she is suppose to be turned to one side or another.
