If you mean a Nursing Home, all of them are obliged to help you find financial aid. The AOA (area on aging) can send a social worker to check on her, to make an initial determination of what level of care she needs, Assisted Living, Nursing Home, Memory Care. Then you dig up five years of her financial records for the Medicaid application. If she is refusing to move to a care home, then you pursue a court order based on incapacity "Petition for Guardianship" and the Judge gives you the power to move her whether she likes it or not.
