What adult day care programs outside of the home are there in CT for dementia clients who don't need to sleep over?

I'm looking for an adult day care that has nursing home level care but is not a sleep over facility. A service that can handle dementia clients with limited mobility, but then the clients can return back home with family the rest of the evening.

Some time ago I mused that I wanted a drop in nursing home! Unfortunately I have never come across a service that offers a high level of care such as feeding, dispensing meds and toileting on a part time basis, I hope you can find something that works for you.
