In the past two weeks, she has been sleeping more and more. She just seems depressed all of the time. Yet, when I ask her if something is wrong, she always mutters, no. She takes celexa. It has worked in the past, but doesn't seem to. We want to keep her at home with us. I can't just leave her at an adult day care center, because she is wheelchair bound. The last one I tried, just left her parked in her chair all day. Please, please help me.

What a trooper you are!!! Pat yourself on the back a few times a day. God only knows how long he will keep us on this earth and I would pray alot with your mom, you know her time is close. God Bless you and give her and yourself a big HUG.

Thank you so much for your kindness, but please can someone give me some specific suggestions? What...read books together? Go for walks? What do you do with your parent? I can push her in her wheelchair out of doors, but she's always asleep. She sleeps because she's depressed. She's depressed, because she doesn't have anything to do...vicious cycle.
