Yes. If it is the parents who are paying, there should be a personal services contract in place spelling out what you do and what you are being paid. This will prevent the money being considered a "gift" if they later need to apply for Medicaid.

Can you telll us more information? Who is going to pay you?are you the main caregiver? If your siblings are offering to pay you then YES if they are not willing to help out any other way.
Maybe you could give us more info!
