You need to check with the her Medicaid caseworker. Medicaid has a program where they will supply an aide for awhile to bath. Friends of mine would be able to get out a few hours. If they can't help, then try your office of the aging. Is she involved with a Disabilities agency call them and see if they have any recommendations.
