Zinadum, LLC

Zinadum LLC is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) to provide non- medical home services to residents within DuPage County, Lake County, and Cook County in the state of Illinois, United States.

The Agency does not provide medical home care services but will, if possible and with the client/client representative’s consent, refer the case to a Health Professional or other agency, which does deliver medical home care services.

At Zinadum LLC, Services are only assigned to employees who have the necessary experience, skills, qualifications, certification, or equivalent to meet the needs of the client. Employees undergo additional and routine training to update their delivery skills and learn new methodologies and skillsets required for the client’s care. Services are delivered by employees, who are able to communicate effectively with clients, using the clients’ preferred methods of communication.
