Covering 10 counties in West Central Illinois, Western Illinois Home Health Care is the largest independent agency in the area. We have been family-owned and operated for over 40 years and offer comprehensive skilled and supportive services to seniors to help them safely remain independent at home throughout 10 counties in West Central Illinois and offer unique service lines like Senior Care Management, Alzheimer’s Whisperer Dementia Program and Restoring Wholeness at Home, a in-home behavioral health program for seniors suffering from depression, anxiety and dementia.

We have professional caregivers (CNAs and aides) that help assist seniors with activities of daily living, transportation, companionship and other day-to-day items in the client’s care plan. We’re also a Medicare-certified home health agency that provides nurses, therapists, bath aides and social workers to seniors who qualify.

Both service lines have a contract with the Veterans Administration and are honored to provide long-term oversight and care of veterans in their homes.
