West Broward Referral and Nurses Agency Inc. really try to help you get the care you need. At times they're busy in office but they always make sure to get the job done! I would definitely recommend them.

I was discharged from hospital to West Broward Referral and Nurses Agency for home care. It's been 7 days and I have seen the nurse one time despite needing daily visits. I called to ask for a new nurse due to unprofessionalism and was told a new nurse would be sent. Never got a call back. Called Humana to complain and they told Humana they were having difficulty confirming my address. How is that possible when a nurse from the agency had already been to my residence? They have poor skills, poor management and disorganized client services.
