Wellington Meadows provides a welcoming home environment for seniors who need assistance with activities of daily living. Our residents receive 24 hour care with personal care assistance and around the clock security and access to our registered nurses. We provide incontinence care, medication management and assistance with eating, bathing, dressing and mobility. We provide three home cooked meals every day with snacks always available.
