Waterview I in Sheboygan, WI is our property located very close to downtown Sheboygan as well as a scenic lake about a ½ mile away. We have a heated underground parking garage, but we also have a bus service that can be available on call. Inside we have an elevator service, laundry rooms on most floors, urgency call systems located throughout the facility, and a full appliance kitchen. With our building being professionally landscaped, we give off a very calming atmosphere.
