Vista Cove of San Gabriel is an assisted living, dementia and Alzheimer’s care facility. We are proud to be an affordable quality health care provider. Our home is a secured facility and is alarmed as well. Our memory care unit has four activities directors and we organize weekly shopping trips. A caregiver also accompanies residents to doctors appointments. We have a lot of fun events, activities and community outings.
