Not pleased, no show, no call, no backup! They asked if I wanted them to see IF they could find someone to keep the appointment as we were already an hour into my scheduled time. In my opinion, they should have already figured out if they had anyone else to work out in this area and had them at least aware of the possibility of needing to fill in for someone else!
