Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

At 93 years old, my grandfather's health was failing fast. After a few weeks in the hospital for a fall related injury, it was determined that Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehab would be the best facility to take care of his health needs. The staff is very professional and even more personnel. They took care of him like he was their grandfather. As it turns out, his stay there was brief, but their care for him was not. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for this type of service. The staff members are a God-send, the facility and grounds are clean and well kept, and it's very easy to get to.
