Twilite Manor

Twilite Manor is a very nice place and has cared for my family member for many years. Under the new business manager, there has been a tremendous change in the facility and now has a homey environment. It the best facility I’ve visited lately. I commend the staff for taking such good care of people with dementia.

My grandmother lived here and seemed to like it very much. But, after her death less than a year after she moved in, when we went to see her, her face was all bruised and she had to go to the hospital multiple times because of malnutrition and internal hemorrhaging. We believe she was not fed and was beaten by staff. Some staff even stole her identity information and, as a result, we're now pressing charges against several individuals for credit card and bank fraud and identity theft along with theft of her social security check. We plan on filing a civil suit against them to ensure every elderly person there will finally get the care they so richly deserve.
