My aunt and uncle asked to go to Tri State because they had been treated so well on previous short-term stays. The staff is amazing; they truly love their clients and want the best for them. The guardian angel program provides weekly updates to family members. This is especially valuable since I do not live close enough to visit on a regular basis. I highly recommend this nursing home!

My experience while with my daughter, always someone in my face. Can't see daughter without chaperons. Feel like my daughter is in a prison and withheld her mail for 2 months. How could one of the nurses predict, that she could not foresee my daughter having visitors in the near future? This happened a month before all the other drama started. Mari P. has caused lots heartache in my family.
