Free in-home consultation and assessment of needs with no contract, no enrollment fees.

Valuable services including, but not limited to: Companionship, Monitoring, Light Housekeeping, Medication Assistance, Personal Care (including bathing, showering, toileting, shaving, dressing, etc.), Transportation, Meal Preparation, Errands, Medical Monitoring, Dementia & Memory Care, and much more…

Flexible shifts, as little as 4 hours per shift up to 24/7.

Person-centered, one-on-one care following a customized Plan of Care individualized to address each clients’ needs and preferences.

Professional caregivers that have a passion for caring and are thoroughly screened & background checked (criminal, sex abuse, and abuse registries along with full reference checks), exceptionally trained with mandatory continuing education, bonded and insured, and drug-tested in compliance with the Tennessee Drug-Free Workplace program.

Screening for all applicants through CareProfiler to identify whether they have the key personality traits to create meaningful relationships with clients.

Continuity of care through partnerships with home health agencies, hospice, hospitalists, etc.

Competitive rates and assistance with seeking benefits for Veterans and their spouses.

Acceptance of electronic payments including credit cards, eChecks, and bank drafts.

Long-Term Care policy review and provide any correspondence necessary to file for payment for benefits. This is a free service that we offer to our clients.

Caregiver-Client matching for compatibility as well as regular follow-ups and supervised visits to ensure quality of care.

Close communication and updates to all authorized parties (ie. family, neighbors, etc.)

Personal introduction of each caregiver involved to the client prior to the caregiver beginning service.

Medical monitoring packages including (but not limited to) PERS units with the option of calling a first-responder (ie. family member, caregiver, neighbor) and/or 911 if necessary.

Discreet care under HIPAA.
