The Lantern at Morning Pointe of Collegedale Alzheimer's Memory Care Center of Excellence is a free-standing community exclusively designed for the specialized care of those suffering from Alzheimer's or similar memory disorders. Rooms, colors, activities and monitoring have been tailored to optimize independence and quality of life. Residents are nurtured wholly in mind, body, and spirit through meaningful day programming.
