When matching clients and caregivers, administrators took care in matching clients with service providers to help build strong connections. They also took into consideration the strengths of the care giver with the needs of the client. The care givers were punctual, conducted themselves in a professional manner, demonstrated respect for clients and their family, and focused on the specific needs of the individual client. The administrators encouraged clients and their family to provide feedback regarding their experience with their designated care givers.
