Transitioning parents is a difficult task and when there is already strain in family relationships it turns dark quickly. Jennifer E. provided a very calming spirit during this time. Words cannot express my gratitude for her amazingly wonderful spirit and true compassion in my situation. I have spoken with several Marketing Directors for Independent and Assisted Living Facilities and NEVER have I experienced this true sincerity and concern for your family. I can't speak for Avery Heights in itself right now but I can tell you that if you are considering placing a loved one in a facility in the near future, please sit with Jennifer and let her spirit help guide you through those decisions.
